Refund Policy:
 
Student Cancellations:

•   If a student cancels a session with more than 24 hours’ notice, the student will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees. Tutors will not be compensated for canceled sessions. 

Tutor Cancellations:

•   If a tutor cancels a session with more than 24 hours’ notice, the student will receive a full refund. The tutor will not be paid for the canceled session, and Tutor Tod will not charge its 20% service fee for the canceled session. 

Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours’ notice):

•   No refund will be issued to the student, and the tutor will still receive payment for the session. 
•  Tutor Tod will retain its 20% service fee from the session cost. 

Refund Disputes:

•   Any refund disputes must be submitted to Tutor Tod’s customer support within 7 days of the session. 
•  Refunds will be processed based on the guidelines above. 
•  Note: Refunds to students do not impact Tutor Tod’s service fee, and the platform will retain its 20% fee regardless of the refund.
